EXCELLENT UNDERNEATH

We made our reputation selling lobsters to a 90s champagne crowd. Even though people came to know us for great seafood, we knew that it wasn’t really about the lobsters. It was how delicious those lobsters were, and how good people felt after spending time with us.

We obsess over our ingredients because we’re confident that it’s the consistent excellence underneath that matters when creating the kind of night out that our guests want to tell their friends about.

Every person that steps through our doors is our guest. We’re delighted to see them and we are grateful they have chosen to visit us. We don’t just serve people, we notice them. We know why they’re here, and what they need to make their visit memorable. We ensure they have space to relax, trusting that every detail is being taken care of for them. And when they leave, they feel they have been a part of something wonderful that makes them want to come back.
